STYLE CULTURE – Refund Policy

At STYLE CULTURE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

1. Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Products that are damaged, worn, or altered after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Accessories, discounted/sale items, and customized products are not eligible for a refund.

4. Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.
