At STYLE CULTURE, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to help with returns and exchanges.
1. Return & Exchange Window:

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Products damaged or altered after delivery will not be accepted.
3. Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are available for size or color (subject to stock availability).

If the requested size/color is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued.
4. Refunds:

Once the product passes the quality check, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.

Our team will arrange for a reverse pickup if applicable.
6. Non-Returnable Items:

Accessories, discounted items, and custom-made pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
